MESSED UP BUT UNAFRAID

 I am living, not merely existing

I am alive, moment by moment

Living in my imperfections and making mistakes

Messed up yet unafraid,

Standing up tall

Trusting the God above

As a sinner, knowing the consequences,

For all sin is sin even the simple ones

Which continues to visit us daily

Walking in forgiveness with few regrets

Occupying a space in this place

Forever learning, forever growing, forever changing,

Always creating, reshaping and revitalizing

I am on a life long journey in time

Where I live to aspire to inspire

Day by day searching my mind

As one looking through a tool box

Fixing whatever is broken and rebuilding whatever needs to be repaired,

Meditating and searching God’s word

Looking for answers to life’s problems

Holding every thought captive

A strong desire to live according to God’s word,

Believing and walking in Faith.
